Persuasiveness

The central theme in Ilona Eichhorn’s trainings is persuasiveness.

Trainees learn in a challenging and interactive way to increase their persuasiveness. You won’t find any long theoretical presentations in trainings delivered by Ilona. Trainees work together to strengthen their abilities, while every trainee gets personal attention from Ilona. Thanks to this method, Ilona knows how to provide the tools and knowledge suited for each individual to increase his or her abilities.

A few (Dutch) trainings delivered by Ilona are:
 

• “Van gelijk hebben naar gelijk krijgen” (from being right to being able to out-argue) for local politicians.
  In this training (consisting of two days) trainees learnt being able to out-argue by communicating in a more efficient way.
• “Overtuigend debatteren” (Debating in a convincing way) for a management centrum.
  Trainees learnt to strengthen their plea, to make their arguments more powerful and to react on others in an efficient way. This training scored 9,5 (out of 10) at the evaluation.
• “Maak meer impact” (make more impact) for an energycompany
  Trainees learnt to use their personal appearance to strengthen their plea and arguments.

Ilona also trained financial organisations, ministries, universities and (local) government and politicians.
